  • 9:45am-10:45am— Yoga with Chelsea

Wednesdays

Fees:

  • 30min class— $10, or $8 (DCC Member)
  • 1 hour class—- $20, or $16 (DCC Member)
  • Boot Camp— $10, or FREE (DCC Member)

Bootcamp- 30 min

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

9:00am & 6:00pm

Classes will utilize body-weight, resistance band, ankle-weight and high repetition lightweight dumbbell exercises to increase total body strength and flexibility.  By incorporating several different techniques we can more effectively whip you into shape!

Member Price: FREE

Non-Member: $10 (Bundle $8)

*limit of 8 persons per class in order to allow for the proper supervision of exercise techniques.  Note, this program can be easily tailored to accommodate differing fitness levels so don’t be shy!

RAW Fitness trainers have developed numerous sport specific programs designed to increase the physicality of our athletes. These programs are variable in length and intensity to suit a wide range of ages and abilities. Through integrating power, strength, endurance, flexibility and proprioceptive techniques, we create well balanced, elite level athletes. RAW Fitness Bundle!

Purchase 10 half hours of fitness for an even greater discount. These can be used for ANY group fitness class offered at the DuPont Country Club by the RAW Tennis and Fitness staff.

Members- $50 (Save $30)
Non-Members- $80 (Save $20)
